If cloud features are not required, all LiquidText data is located on the Client Device only, no data is stored outside the Device. If Cloud features are used, LiquidText Enterprise, permits assignment of Cloud Storage and Servers to the Organization’s preferred locale. LiquidText uses Microsoft’s Azure as its Cloud services provider.

For organizations who want to keep all network activity and data in-house, we offer an on premises implementation of LiquidText’s Back End server allowing all Networking functions to operate inside your secure environment.

LiquidText Enterprise Edition supports robust password based file encryption. Passwords are in the custody and control of the client organization and not known to LiquidText or its providers. LiquidText is GDPR compliant. LiquidText is ISO27001-2022 Certified.

LiquidText Enterprise Edition includes a management console permitting management, allocation and acquisition of licenses. LiquidText supports InTune and other enterprise asset management tools. Single sign on and Active Directory support is included.

Support includes dedicated email channel, slack integration, private client community forum, live on boarding and master class webinars. All Business subscriptions include ongoing updates to all supported clients.

Enterprise Edition deployments may include integration with clients’ document management (iManage and others) and security systems. Additional cost may be required.
